Secure bike storage is provided to our tenants for your convenience on level 1, off Chestnut Place. This secure bike storage area requires an access card to gain entry.
Additional bike racks are located in the parking garage on Level P1.
If you would like access to the secure bike storage area, please contact Property Management and a waiver form will be sent to you. The appropriate access will be added to your building access card, or an access card will be assigned to you.
While the secured areas are a theft deterrent, Property Management highly recommends the use of personal locks to provide an added level of security. Additionally, we highly suggest that tenants do not leave bags or accessories near or on bikes due to the risk of theft.
Bikes are not allowed anywhere inside the building.
There is an 8,500 SF Fitness Facility located on the 2nd level of the parking garage. The Fitness Facility is professionally managed by Healthbreak. The Fitness Facility is open and available for tenant use Monday through Friday 6am – 7pm.
If you would like to utilize the Fitness Facility, please sign up on the Healthbreak website or contact Healthbreak directly at 303-575-6410 to schedule a tour and orientation. A liability waiver form will be required.
CorpMassage, located in the Fitness Center, provides custom massages at an affordable price. Plant medicine, hot stone therapy, and cupping therapy are also available during a session. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Level 2 of the parking garage provides six electric vehicle charging stations. These stations support all new generation electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
